Hi,
CLAT can be given if you have any of 2 qualifications i.e. if you are an undergraduate or a postgraduate student. Assuming that you won't be completing your UG programme by 2020 as you are in your 1st year, you fall under the former category. In order to be eligible you need to obtain an aggregate of 45% marks in your 12th boards if you are from unreserved/OBC/SAP categories and 40% marks if you are from SC/ST category.
Hi Shreyansh,
There is no age limit for appearing in CLAT. If you are unhappy with b.com or if your desire was to pursue law, you can surely prepare well for CLAT and get into a good law college next year. The only loss would be of a year. Another option you have would be to pursue LLB after your B.com.
