Personal Interview is a conversation in which you are asked about your background, lifestyle, experience so you should have clear point about yourself and If you are fresher then you should be prepared to face any question related to your projects and internships and with your qualify programme.
If you are Experienced then you should have the detail in deep about the work & also about the Organization. You should have also a clear detail Why you want to do MBA and about the specialization. You should also be prepared with Current Affairs/ GK.
