Generally the eligibility criteria for LLB is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized University securing 45%-50%aggregate depending upon the norms of the University, admission process varies it's not same for all, it can be based on the merit of the qualifying examination as in case of The Tamil Nadu Dr BR Ambedkar University or it can be done through entrance tests such as DU LLB, BHU UET, LAT, PU LLB or there are also state level law exams for LLB such as MAH CET LAW/KLEE/AP LAWCET/TS LAWCET,

Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), LSAT India - Law School Admission Test and All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) are for integrated law course.
