I am a BE CSE student. What should I do to become a computer scientist?

Hi Harish

The only difference between BE in CSE , and B.Tech in CSE is that former has more theory, and the latter has more applications of it. This however does not change the scope of any with respect to each other, and both degrees are considered very similar by companies/higher education institutes. Along with the theory that you are learning in BE, you should start coding rigorously regularly, that will give you a command over applications. Also try getting involved in some university or independent projects.
