i am a bio maths student, i applied for Chandigarh University commen entrance test for B.E ece, but i did my test with English, physics, chemistry and biology. does this affect my chance for the course which I opted because I didn't choose maths for entrence test

As you have chosen biology as your optional subject it might slightly affect you as compared to the students who took maths as their optional. The ones who took maths will be given priority in ranks because the branch, B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, demands the presence of maths. But, this doesn't mean you won't get a seat.
