The eligibility for BTech CSE requires , passing the higher secondary school certificate (10+2)examination with science subjects such as maths, physics, and English as compulsory courses. In addition, they must also have one Subject out of Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science. Minimum percentage of marks in class 12/ higher secondary Examination is generally from 45% to 50%.

If you can fulfill this eligibility criteria you can give the entrance exam of BTech CSE.

Actually the eligibility for the B tech is 10+2 with the subjects PCM as complusorly and also as your question is considered for example in Karnataka PCMB then particular student having a chance to go for  Engineering or he can go for medical side

But without PCM it means physics , chemistry , mathematics in 12th b tech is not eligible
