Yes a bipc student can do b.tech only if the mathematics is included in your intermediate.
The eligibility criteria for pursuing b.tech is the candidate must complete 10+2 with Maths,physics and Chemistry as their main subjects with 50 percent aggregate score.
All bipc students are eligible to do b.tech course as per their choice.
