It all depends on your interest in which field you want to make your career. It doesn't mean that if you have done your graduation in CS then you have to choose an IT field in MBA. If you want to shift your interest from tech to non-tech you can easily do.
You have to do equal hardwork in every field.

Yes, you can go forMBA afteryour B. Sc incomputer science. Eligibility criteria for pursuingMBAin good reputed Universities is approximately 50% marks in your bachelors degree + you may have to qualify some entrance test and an interview , depending upon the university you choose
