I am a B.tech 2015 graduate with 3 years of experiance in law Firm. Can I pursue LLB while working attending morning college in Delhi?
Hii
You can get a certification or diploma course in some areas of law on a part-time basis, but LL.B. degrees can only be obtained from a full-time course. This is as per the Bar Council of India's Rules on Legal Education in case you wish to become a laywer.
You can go for IGNOU- SOl or School of Law, where you can study LLB as a distance learning course.
Hope this helps.
Thanks!!
