I am a BTech fresher. Looking to persue MBA. CAT syllabus same for all the graduates? what are the scopes doing MBA after BTech?

However an MBA prepares you for the real world platform. MBA helps to learn concepts like communication, human resource management, Managerial skills, time management and other such. CAT exam is same irrespective of candidate's stream and so is CAT syllabus. As far as scope is concerned it depends on your area of specialization- which could be finance, marketing, hr, operations, international business. So by now you must have realized that there is plenty of scope after MBA.

CAT syllabus is same for everyone. More than three forth of students in top bschools are engineers. Due to this reason, most of top institutes give weight for academic diversity. There is no specialization ideal for enginneers, means you may take any specialization and you can find engineers are there in any specialization including finance. You may decide your specialization at the end of first year and by that time you will get fair idea about each specializations.

If you look at the Indian education system and count the number of engineers out there you would found them everywhere. Same is the case with MBA, most of the college has the majority of students as B.Tech degree holder in their UG programme. So there is no limit of scope or availability of chances to them in MBA.
You would surely have most of the opportunity what any other degree holder would have.
