I am a B.Tech in Mining Engineering. I am not interested in mining jobs. Am I eligible for SSC CGL or SBI PO and jobs after clearing them ?
Hello Hirak , listen buddy for SSC CGL or SBI PO the only basic thing you need is that you should be graduate atleast. And as you will be holding your B.Tech graduate degree so you will be available for these kind of competitive Exams. Many Engineers who lacks in interest of their field or who do not get job opportunities Prefer preparing for SSC CGL or BANK PO kind of ccompetitive exams.
Hope this helps.
Hello,
Most certainly, yes. If you clear the respective examinations such as that for SBI PO and SSC CGL, you would get a job. It has nothing to do with what degree you possess. It is best to start preparation while in college. And be dedicated in your preparation. All the best!
Hello Aspirant,
Yes, you are eligible for both exams but you should know that SBI PO has become one of the toughest exams over the years. And I believe the toughness is going to increase in the future. On the other hand, SSC CGL last year was easier when compared to previous years. Even if we compare the last few year’s SSC CGL to SBI PO last year, the level of questions in SBI PO is slightly TOUGHER.
SBI PO also has fewer VACANCIES when compared to SSC CGL.
Thus, SBI PO IS TOUGHER TO CRACK.
Yes, 100% you are eligible for any government exams including railways, bank po and so too,RBI,SSC,UPSC and so on.The minimum requirement is a graduation degree in any stream from a recognised University.Though in few exams like RBI and NABARD you need to have 60% in graduation to appear fkr these exams.
I hope this helps.
