I studied in Assam till class x and did my hs science from other state. Is it mandatory to study all the classes in Assam?

Assam Medical College is located in Dibrugarh, Assam, India. It was the first and oldest medical institutes of the north-east region of India. It offers Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at undergraduate level, and Master of Surgery (MS) and Master of Medicine (MD) at postgraduate level to the aspiring candidates who want to pursue their career in the field of Medical Science.
Admission in MBBS is done through NEET UG. Eligible candidates will have to appear in NEET conducted by CBSE.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR MBBS IN ASSAM MEDICAL COLLEGE IS:
45% in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
40% for SC/ST.
So, it doesn't matters from which state you have completed your schooling if you are an Indian citizen.
MBBS course offered in Assam Medical College is for 5.5 years including internship. Total number of seats offered for MBBS - 170 seats.
