hope you are doing well
see it doesn't matter that you are a student of CBSE,ICSE or any state board student even it doesn't matter that yiu are a student of a government school or a private school.
only matter is that you have to complete your 10th with minimum 60 percent and 12th with minimum 75 percent,then you have to appear in NEET and crack it, from cracking it, i mean to get a good all india rank then you are eligible for a good government medical college seat.
after coming 10th you have two choices either you can start preparing for NEET from 11th or you can focus only in 12th boards then after boards you can a drop year for preparation of NEET and then you can apper it.
eligibility for NEET - candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology, and english as core subjects from a recognized board. class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for neet.

Yes, you are eligible to give neet exam, even if you have passed the class 12th Boards as a private candidate.
The prime eligibility criteria to take up NEET is majoring in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects in class 12 to appear for NEET. Non-medicos, those students who have not majored in these subjects cannot sit for NEET ..
