Hi,
Yes you can go for MSc pharmaceutical chemistry after completing hons in chemistry. The eligibility for the course is
Graduation (B.Sc.), completed from a recognized university. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation.
There is good scope of Pharmaceutical chemistry. The field of Pharmaceutical chemistry has the scope in the Research and Development in the Pharma companies and the Clinical Trials unit.
After pursing pharmaceutical chemistry you can get jobs in:
Drug Control Administration
Health Centres
Manufacturing
Medical Dispensing Stores
Pharmaceutical Companies
Product Marketing
Research
Teaching after qualify some exams like NET,SLET etc.
Hope this helps!
