Yes, SC certificate is valid at the time of JEE counseling. You are required tp upload original certificates as per prescribed formats issued by the Authority of your state. Incase you don't have a SC certificate with you currently, you can upload self undertaking in lieu of caste certificate and then you can submit the certificate at the time of admission. Your caste certificate will help you get admission into colleges on basis of reservation.
