I am a Class 11th student. I want to go to IISc,Bangalore. I've decided to give KVPY and enrolled myself in Aakash for JEE and got extra tuitions from my school teachers. I wonder if I should give JEE. I also feel like giving it but will it consume extra energy when I can just give only KVPY. Help

If you want to do UG in basic sciences in IISc you can get in by giving KVPY exam. Students enrolled in XII Standard (Science subjects) during the academic year and aspiring to join undergraduate program in Basic Sciences (B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./Int. M.S) can give this entrance exam.
If you want to do B.Tech in various fields from IISc you should appear for JEE Mains and qualify for JEE Advance. After appearing and scoring a very good marks in JEE Advance you can opt. to take admission in IISc.
