As you scored 60%of your marks in the 12th standard and you scored 54.8% marks in PCM and you wanted to get seat in the UPS in the branches computer science engineering and information technology and to get seat in that college it is not so easy you have to score good marks and being a obc candidate u may have some benefit but chances are very less to get seat in that college and let's hope for the best study well and work hard to get good marks in the future examinations and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.
