I am a class 12th student having PCB . I don't have mathematics. Am I eligible for BBA and then MBA?
Eligibility for BBA requires :
For admissions into BBA courses, students are needed to clear the 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board or school. Some colleges consider the criteria of securing 50% marks in the qualifying exam. The age should be between 17 to 25 years.
Eligibly for MBA requires:
- Applying for various entrance exams for MBA in India, the minimum requirement will be a Recognized Bachelors degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline with 50-55% marks (45-50% for reserved categories).
- If you want to apply to a particular college/institute for MBA, then check their official website for various details like eligibility criteria and other details.
I hope this helps.
Hello Harleen
The eligibility criteria for BBA is that the candidate should have passed or appeared in class XII final exam in any discipline from a recognised board.
That means you are eligible for it.
If you have any further queries please feel free to ask
Thank you
Hello Harleen,
Yes you can still opt for BBA as an undergraduation degree and later MBA as a postgraduate degree.
For BBA and MBA you don’t necessarily need to have commerce stream. You can do it even if you are from Science or Math stream.
For more specific details like suitable college and their admission process, feel free to enquire further. I’m happy to help.
Thanks!!
Hey Harleen.
The eligibility criteria for admission to most of the colleges offering BBA programme is that you are required to pass Class 12th from any stream with a minimum aggregate of 45-55% marks. Maths is not a compulsory subject for admission to BBA courses. Maths might be a part of the syllabus of entrance exams for the same like in the case of entrance for IIM Indore and hence you will be required to practice the same. But it is not compulsory to pursue BBA and then MBA.
Best of luck!
