Yes, you can apply for mass media. However, you have to fulfil the eligibility criteria of the particular institute you want to take admission.

Just you need 45%-50% to get admission. Some of the popular universities including KIIT University, BHU and GGSIPU conduct entrance exams for admission to Mass Communication Courses. The examinations are over now. You can look for some good colleges and universities offering admission in mass media on the basis of 10+2 marks.
