I am a commerce student can i apply for BA as I am interested in english subject and want to proceed further in english field so thats option is good or not plz tell?

Yes you can go for English hons, if you have interest in reading English literature, but for that you need to have English in class 12th, most of the colleges taking admission in English honours on the basis of your class 12th marks, so if you have scored good marks in class 12th then you can get a good college for English honours, the minimum eligibility criteria to get admission in English honours is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 with English as a mandatory subject to have studied in class 12th, the course fee for the same is from 8,000 to 1.5 lacs, varies from college to college.
Some of the best colleges for the same are:
1. Hindu College, Delhi University
2. Miranda College, Delhi University
3. Daulat Ram College, Delhi University
4. Amity University
5. Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad

sorry bt i didnt get the college of english college neraby me as i live in Bulandshahr Up .In merrut or near by me i dont have any english hons course thats why i apply for simple BA . Is is not a good option then english hons is mandatory for better future
