There is no option for you to fill details about ex servicemen quota s such on NEET application form.
But during counselling there are Ex servicemen quotas depending on the state you belong to. Some states do offer CDP quota like Maharashtra whereas some do not. But there is no such quota for the 15% All India Quota seats though.
