There are so many chances in medical field,with great opportunities, you can try for government medical College in Tamil nadu state and other states also because, cut off for SC category is less than open category that's why you can try!
Other than MBBS you can also apply for BAMS, BHMS, BDS and BPT. Your marks are good.
