I am a domicile candidate in Tamil Nadu but belong to Muslim community,am I eligible to apply for Muslim minority state medical colleges in other states such as Telangana.? Kindly clarify.

If you belong to Tamilnadu, you can participate only under Management Quota seats of Private Medical Colleges of Telangana. And if you are applying for Muslim Minority Medical College, then you can claim Muslim minority quota. But if you are applying for other Medical Colleges, you cannot claim reservation.
