I am a domicile of Kerala state, can I apply for Karnataka private medical colleges through KEA?

No for private colleges you can only apply through state quota seats .So you have to hold the domicile of that state. If you want to go through normal process of counselling then you need to reside in that state. But through management quota you may apply in Karnataka.
