i am a dropper but due to some family issues i manged to score wbjee rank -18256 and jee main air-263701 and not geeting good collage and thinking to drop one more years for collage like iiest shibpur, kalyani ,IEM these three are my main concern.but there is aproblem i got 64.4 %12th wbchse shibpur

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicant, questions difficulty level, seat matrix. you did not mention how many year of gap you have, but if you have more than 2 years gap in academic , starting from 10th to upto graduation it would have problem during the placement time. also since you have below of 70% in 12th you are not eligible to appear in some of the companies recruitment process. however for this year wbjee or jee main score you have less chances in any tier 1 institute. so prepare hard and think before taking any more gap. times changes rapidly and you never know what is waiting in future. if possible also try to apply for other state colleges or other entrance test.
