You got 47 percentile therefore it is not a good choice to give full energy in BITSAT as it will be tough compared to JEE Main and its only for one college, rather you should focus on the upcoming JEE Main April because it is relatively easy and score is widely accepted.
If you are interested to join in IITs/NITs/IIITs then prepare for JEE main April session. But if you want to get admission in Birla Institute of Technology and Science then prepare for BITSAT.
BITS is a deemed University and IITs/NITs/IIITs are prestigious institutes in India. Both the Institutes are equally good be it in it's infrastructure, faculty, ambience, placements etc.
JEE main has Maths, Physics and Chemistry but BITSAT has Maths, Physics, Chemistry Logical reasoning and English.BITSAT has additional sections. So if you're able to prepare for BITSAT and have confidence that you will qualify then prepare for BITSAT.But if you work hard you may qualify in JEE main April session. It is better if you prepare for JEE main but also choose according to your capability.
