Yes if you have individually scored above 60 in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Eligibility criteria for BITSAT:-

  • Candidates passed class 12 or equivalent examination (from any state/central board). However, they have to score 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying exam. Also, in each of the 3 subjects, they must also secure 60% marks separately.

  • Aspiring candidates should also have proficiency in English to be able to appear in BITSAT 2018.

  • Candidates who have appeared in class 12th in 2018 or 2017 would be considered eligible for BITSAT 2018.

All the very best and good luck.

Bro I have scored 71, 72 and 55 each in phy, chem and maths respectively. But this year I gave maths improvement and I'm sure of getting around 80. Wii I be eligible?

Aman to be eligible for BITSAT exam you need to have total 75% marks in the three Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects and above 60% in each of the subjects. if you get above 60 in Maths exam in your improvement exam and satisfy the criteria of 75% with PCM then you are eligible for BITSAT exam.

To go through the eligibility criteria you can check out this link:

Feel free to ask if you have any more queries. All the best!!

I had already checked the eligibility criteria on the link that you listed above, but I was confused as the exact wordings about that improvementt examination was "If a candidate takes more than one attempt to QUALIFY the class 12th examination, then their latest performance will we considered provided that attempt has been made for the full components of all the five subjects."
I did appeared for mathematics exam only. But they wrote "to qualify" and I secured 84% last year
.
So that is the reason why I asked the former question. I will get more than 60 easily this year.
Will that make me eligible?

Aman if you have only given maths exam this time then you will not be eligible because you will need to give all 5 exams again. It's like giving whole 12th class exam again.
