I am a Dropper Student & I have passed class 12th from Telangana State Board . What would be my code? In Bulletin it's given that all Intermediate Students have Code 3 .

Yes , you need to choose code 3 as you have passed from Telangana intermediate state board.
This is because,
code 3 says it is for those passed their intermediate / pre- degree examination or pre university ( Puc) with physics, chemistry, biology and English ,your physics, chemistry and biology should also contain practical exam.
