In Order to get admission in NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs you should have obtained a minimum of 75% marks in class 12 or equivalent exam or You must be in the top 20 percentile in your class 12 examination. For SC/ ST, the eligibility is to obtain a minimum of 65% marks in class 12 or equivalent. If you have 75% in class 12th then you can apply for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. No there is no need of giving the boards examination again to sit in jee main again this year. College will consider the past boards result only.
