thanks for asking your query as per the latest notification of ssc je 2019 the appearing students of btech is not eligible but to check your eligibility and knowledge level you could sit in the exam.

Dear aspirant, as per the official notification you can apply for the exam but cannot get a post because during the verification of documents degree or diploma is must to provide a post . So you can check k your skills by sitting in the exam this year n then next year with a degree if you clear the exam you can get a post as well.

Yes you are eligible. You can put Btech under graduate as educational qualification. You are eligible upto 30 years. You can try for it again and again. It mostly covers aptitude, logical,verbal and current affairs. You have to be good at those and have high calculation skills. Computing must be smart to crack the exam.
