Yes foreigners are eligible for neet Pg exam.

Eligibility criteria is as follows;

• You should be an Indian citizen or overseas Indian citizen with recognised primary qualifications.
• You should have FMGE ( that you already have ) .
• Lastly you should register yourself with MCI/SMC and should have completed their internship on or before March 31, 2021.
• You should carry your documents on the day of the exam.
• And according to the new criteria you can write the exams without MCI registration certificate.
• You will be issued a temporary certificate for this.
• The Medical Council of India makes payment of the prescribed fee for registration, grant temporary registration for the course duration for the Post Graduate in case of foreign nationals.
• But this is limited to few Colleges only.
