Firstly I would like to tell you that since you're a foreign national, the procedure will be different for you. From admission to documents to cutoff will be varied. For more details regarding admission process you should contact your desired college.
The documents etc will be told to you by them.
Also, with a certain score which you have , I believe you will be eligible for a private college of your choice through CAP or through management quota which is always the last resort. But still I feel you will get through.

If you are a foreign national.
U should be in Visa or other government Authorised Documents.
U have to obtain NOC from Regional State Government to work and Continue studies.

Government College will verify your all th documents if you are smart enough you should choose private colleges.
