I am a foreigner with an OCI and have been in India for 15 years and i am planning to write NEET 2019. Will I go under NRI or normal quota?

Dear,
As per the rule any candidate live for 7 Year in any country then he or she get the residential of related country...
So i think you can apply for both categories as NRI and Normal quota
