Is it possible to get a call from IIM Ahmedabad with 93% in 10th, 95% in 12th, 85% in B.Tech from Tier 3 college without any internships and extra curricular activities and 99%tile in CAT?

Don't worry about weightage of work exexperience, in every IIM's batch there are 30-40% freshers. Try to score exceptionally well and it can negate you being a fresher.

Yes definitely you can get into all IIMs except IIM B which prefer work experience students a lot. Even in IIM B you have a chance of getting a call letter of your academic records are excellent.

Don't worry about weightage of work exexperience, in every IIM's batch there are 30-40% freshers. Even in some of the best colleges like IIM A and C they prefer freshers over work experienced students.

Focus on getting a very good percentile, at least over 98+ percentile in order to secure your seat in an IIM and don't worry about any work experience, non engineer or gender weightage.

You can definitely get in IIMs only focus on your CAT exam right now.
