I am a gen pwd & my financial condition is not so good.even if I would get admission in iiit or nsit or hbtu i wont be able to pay the fees

Do not worry. There are several scholarship schemes offered by Government of India and many other organizations and NGOs that provides scholarship to economically backward or financially strained students who are bright in their academics. Here is a list of scholarships that you can apply to :

2. CENTRAL SECTOR SCHEME OF SCHOLARSHIP

3. COMMONWEALTH SHARED SCHOLARSHIP

4. SAHU JAIN TRUST INLAND SCHOLARSHIP

5. NATIONAL MEANS CUM MERIT SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

6. TATA STEEL TWIN SCHOLARSHIP : JYOTI AND MOODIE

7. SPECIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME BY UGC

Apart from the above mentioned scholarships there are many other of these kind (s). Kindly inform the college or university authorities of your difficulty in providing the hefty fees. They will surely cooperate and let you know about many other scholarships. Sometimes, they even do some concession in the fee. Good luck!

Scholarships as such are not there but if you're getting these colleges then go for an education loan and in the 4 years of your college try to participate in as many competitions as you can so you can earn something and at the same time improve your CV. Check out for dare to compete. There you can get legions of competitions for engineering students. Moreover the colleges you mentioned have  great placements so you'll de get a good job.
