With this great profile, you can get calls from Top B schools at 98+. Although higher scores increase your chances of getting shortlisted as well as due to the selection procedure where each factor has a certain weight, your past acads and commerce background may help in getting best colleges.

So maximize your score and you'll surely land up in IIM A,B,C and the likes!

Your past academics resume are quite impressive and you have a great chance to get calls from top colleges.It think 95+ can defemetly get you calls from IIMs but do remember you will also have to surpass GD PI round in order to pass all the test and then finally you will get the admission.

You academic credentials are very good. 9-9-9 is a very good combination and hence I would say your profile is very strong. Being a university ranker you stand among the top/cream of the country. Therefore, CAT percentile can be in the normal range and CAT doesn't have to compensate for your Acads. Infact Acads will prove to be strong support.

To get into IIM A,B,C - you would need around 99.55ile and above. However, IIM B gives weightage to co-cirriculars as well. So you can expect a call at 99 too. Infact I know a perswon who has got IIM B call at 97 percentile in Cat'16.

For IIM L,K,I - it is safe top have above 96%ile though some people with 94%ile also get a call.

If you are looking at other top colleges like SPJain, NITIE, FMS, MDI etc., I would day a percentile above 98 is very safe and above 96 is decent. However below 95 may never get you a call from any top college.
