In neet state quota counselling you have to give your all India rank because a separate category merit list will be prepared for Maharashtra state for their students.

they will not consider your all India category rank because all your category students were not from Maharashtra. And it is same with other category students also they have to mention their all India rank and category there only.

If there is separate column demanding your all India category rank then only you can fill it there.
