As per you say that you are persuing 12th right now. So if you are interested in medical stream then definitely for government college you have to qualify NEET. For this, you can fill the form which will be released in the upcoming last week of December or first week of January. To know the exact dates be updated with the official sites of NEET UG. After filling the form, some days later you be provided your admit card and then you will be known to your specified centre that where you have to give your exam. NEET is a national level competitive exam so you have to prepare well and be acknowledged with the syllabus and the content in it.

Firstly I would advise you to concentrate on clearing your 12th class. If you have joined some coaching class for NEET preparation, I would like you to just concentrate maximum on biology and chemistry. Because for NEET these are the 2 subjects that will get you through easily. If you are aiming for institute like AIIMS then you need a little bit of physics. In college again just concentrate on Physics Chemistry and Biology, as physics in college is a bit easier compared to NEET. All in all, don't get confused between 12th and NEET, just take it easy and concentrate on subjects which you are strong at. That is my advise having done my 12th in Goa.
