Dear Harshita, you are eligible for CAT. But you need to mention that you are still in your final year. But your admission will be provisional which means unless you complete your Bachelor's without any backlogs, you will not be able to join the college allotted.
Yes you are obviously elligible to experience the cat examination there is not necessity that you need to clear the backlog for the times to appear in the cat but obviously you will have to clear it by the time you clear your test so that you can apply to various institutions.
