I am sure you can. It might not be your dream college but take admissions before the fourth list for sure. You can always migrate later or just withdraw and take admission later when a better option comes along. Have a list ready know your preferences and do take admission by the third list or it might be too late as the genral seats tend to get filled really fast for political science and history
