No, you cannot get admission under NRI Quota since you are a resident of Indian.
A NRI is one whose parent are Indian but they live and work outside India and that candidate has completed his Class 12th or equivalent education from abroad. Person of Indian Origin (PIO), Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) and Foreign Nationals also comes under NRI Quota.
Since, you are an Indian and didn't visit, live or complete your class 12th or equivalent education from abroad you are not eligible for NRI Quota at Nirma University.

As far as i have heard through various Students, Each and every year few of the students opts for NRI quota inspite of being an Indian.
So, i think you can get through NRI quota (2.5 times of the fess) but for that you have to talk to the financial office of Nirma.
