As mentioned before, y es, you are eligible. As per the rules, to become eligible for the July 2019 session, you must complete the 12-months internship or practical training on or before June 30, 2019. Since you would do that by March 2019, you become eligible.

But in d application form..there s one column asking MCI Registration Number..tats my query here

Rajesh, I think you can apply for provisional registration number in this case, which will let you write the same here. And it doesnt necessarily have to be from MCI, you can go for Registration from State medical council as well.
