I am a kannadiga [kannada student] residing in tamil nadu. I've studied kannada as my 2nd language. Am i eligible to write KCET 2020 in horanadu kannadiga quota? could u please tell me the process to apply.

Hello, yes you are eligible. They kept eligibility through Percentage and PCM as mandatory subjects. So you have to satisfy those criteria only. If you are appearing as non domicile candidate then you can go through open state counseling during counseling process. That will be the only factor that will be different.
