Well I would like to tell you that no matter what college you studied MBBS from, you can have the state domicile benefits from only your state of domicile and that has to be one. You cannot have two state domicile. If your state of domicile is Telangana then you can have state quota benefits there otherwise you cannot apply for government colleges in Telangana but you will be eligible for the private ones only.
