Hiiii Arun!!!! 68.6% is a descent marks. Don't worry, there are many ways still open for you which requires only pasaipa marks in 12th. Many colleges conduct their own entrance exams. Also there are many other entrance exams like AIIMS, Neet, jipmer, CLAT, MH-cet, MHT-CET, etc.
