i am a medical aspirant from maharashtra and come under nt c(dhangar) caste which is stated under obc in central list of maharashtra. but in uttar Pradesh dhangar caste is stated under sc in central list .so can I pursue a seat in up under sc category.

Hi,
Well you are only allowed to take the benefits of state counseling from one state and that state being your state kf domicile. You cannot have domicile from two different states. So if you have domicile of maharastra then you can only apply for state quota counseling in Maharashtra and cannot apply in Uttar Pradesh and vice versa.

Mam am from Haryana, on 7 july 2020 my Category was OBC but Haryana government issue a notifications on 8 july 2020 , government add my caste in SC category, I apply for my SC certificate and i got. But after few month , a person apply a petition in high high court said that state have no power to add any caste in SC after listening this issue high court stay that notification on 10 August 2020. But in 2021i applied for a government job in my state using this certificate and i get job, I don't know that time that this notification is under stay by high court so i applied. But now am selected in SC category, what should I do?
