I am a NEET aspirant from Kerala and I have got 218 marks and my all india rank is 4,82,979 and I belong to OBC category and hence my category rank is 2,100,45. Does I have any chance to get admission through this NEET 2020???

It's difficult to exactly say if you can get admission into a medical college. However based on your score you won't be able to get AIQ seat and state qouta seat for mbbs and dental program.
