i am a non domicile of west bengal. i registered on its online counselling site and paid the registration fee too but i am not able to login

Hello Sonakshi,
First of all, you have to kindly specify what college you are targeting, and what exam you wrote.
Then, you should go to the official website of the exam authorities/college, and mail/call them at the ID/No. Given there and inform your problem. Do as they guide you.
Also, check with your bank for a possible refund.
