i am a NON- Domicile student.... outside maharashtra, I am giving MHT CET exam. Can I get admission in VIT Pune and PICT pune college on the basis of my MHT CET exam score ? becoz my JEE rank is not sufficient for this college... so can I enter here only on the basis of MHT CET exam scores?

Pict and vit it is well known college in Maharashtra merit is very high also is cut off is very high .
VIT cut off is very high if you take admission in pict and vit you want very good marks .
According to my prediction you have above 120 marks out of 200 then you you will get pict
And above 100 you will get vit college.

Depending upon your score in MHT CET exam, you can take admission into VIT Pune and PICT pune. Since both these institute give admission through JEE as well and MHT CET as well.
Both chances of getting admission into these colleges are higher only if your MHT CET exam score is very high. Also, seeing the eligibility criteria for MHT CET exam, any person not having maharashtra domicile but is of Indian nationality can give this exam.
