You will be considered under general category as you are non-local candidates. Only the reserved candidates belonging to local region will be able to claim the reservation under reserved category. Based on the cut off in 2020 you have chances of getting seat in the following institutes in Computer Science Engineering if you secure rank in between 30,000-40,000
